“Within our imaginations is an infinite expanse of human existences and experiences. And like our imaginations, forever has no boundaries and no limits. The thought of it conjures up all manner of endless possibilities. Fantastic flights of thought and inspiration are induced by its utterance. But what exactly is forever? Perhaps it only exists in our imaginations, in our collective consciousness, as some manifestation of our arrogance and overdeveloped sense of cosmic importance. Perhaps it is nothing more than a shared human daydream or an agreed-upon name for an intangible impossibility—a grand idea, borne of our imagination that is restricted only by the boundaries of our imagination. Perhaps it is just a mystifying conjecture of the mind. Where does forever begin and where does it end? Does it begin or end? We may never know for sure, but the quest to explore its boundaries is a worthy one. We start from our own perspectives and then we move out from there.”
